Thank you! this was really hard for me to write - to be personal without being TOO personal was a challenge.

I feel sad looking at this botched photo. I hope he will be my friend one day.

I hope so too.
Its soooo hard to love someone but know you have to leave them in that way and then of course respecting if they don't feel the same or aren't at that level of understanding that they can't be friends yet and allowing them their own process. I know you must miss him terribly as a friend.

Once in a while I miss him, but not as much as I thought I would. Mostly I am relieved.
