I'm dancing on highs and lows these days, but managing to coast on positive streams. This is helped a great deal by green juices, cacao and honey mixtures, lots of reading, late-night walks, daily journal writing, dog cuddles, warm blankets, spring water, and of course, foods from the earth.
Procrastination is not my friend. I admire the people that put themselves out there and do good in the world - it's so scary to do that. I want to be one of those people, yet I can't find a focus. I keep thinking things along the lines of: there are already tons of raw food educators, loads of motivational speakers, zillions of bloggers, gobs of ____ (fill in the blank).
I guess my niche is just being me, because no one else is me. No one else sees things the way I do, so my way of thinking may inspire someone else - who knows.
When there is so much competition out there, the best way, I guess, is to push to be the best you can possibly be. Do the best you can do. That's really all you can do, anyway, and everyone can improve. Even the people that are considered "the best" at ANYthing - can improve.
So that is what I consistently aim for - improvement. Since reading my journals of the last 19 years, I certainly have improved, mostly in the last 3.
