Website!

I have a website! It's a blog, but I will still post here as well - LJ is still for my more personal stuff. However, my website is also a personal one, just for the public :) I just made my first entry, so it's sort of an intro to who I am and how I became who I am. If you RSS, please add me ^_^

I know it's not much to look at yet, but I wanted to have at least one post there while I worked on it.

That was so interesting to read! Congrats on the website. I tried to comment there but my ID couldn't be verified. I'll check back often!

The raw thing is interesting. How would someone with anaemia cope on a raw diet?

I don't know for this specific issue because I haven't had to deal with it. My iron levels are within normal range when I had my blood checked this year. You can certainly get enough iron from green leaves so I would say 2 quarts of green smoothies a day with high-iron plants like spinach, parsley, etc. Cacao is high in iron, as are certain nuts, goji berries and mulberries. Lots of plant foods have iron. If you're interested I'd just google some info about it.

Thank you - I might not go raw myself, but I could include raw iron-rich foods in to my diet :)

anyone would benefit from that.
